Katrin Schwarz is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with a strong focus on family businesses and ESG principles. They founded and served as CEO of AYB | About Your Business GmbH from 2018 to 2021, and previously held leadership roles in investor relations at companies such as Lowell and Funkwerk AG. Currently, Katrin is the Managing Director of the Institute for Family Business & Mittelstand at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and continues to coach and invest in startups through KS Management. In addition, Katrin is pursuing a degree in Tax & Finance at Ernst-Abbe-Hochschule Jena.
