Davina Giove, CRIA, has extensive experience in human resources and workplace safety, currently serving as Directrice des ressources humaines at Confort Expert inc. since April 2019. Previously, Davina held the position of Human Resources Manager at Aliments Sunchef Inc., managing a team and overseeing various HR functions including collective bargaining, labor relations, and strategic occupational health and safety claims management. With a background as a Consultant in health and safety at Trinome Conseils and experience in accident management across multiple organizations, Davina possesses a strong foundation in employee relations and safety compliance. Educational qualifications include a 2nd cycle degree in Strategic Management of Occupational Health and Safety from Université de Sherbrooke and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal.
