João Plasschaert

João Plasschaert is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales and business development across Latin America, particularly in the technology sector. Currently serving as LATAM Sales at Plume Design, Inc. since July 2024, João also holds the position of Managing Director at JESP Advisory, where support is provided to organizations in Change Management, Risk Mitigation, Strategy, and Go-To-Market initiatives. Previous roles include Regional Vice President at Sandvine, Regional Managing Director at Cisco Jasper, and various leadership positions at Oracle, Tekelec, NSN, Ericsson, and Nortel.
