Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer for Lazú Maquiagens Clean Beauty and AlwaysFit® Suplementos, as well as the Managing Partner at Dunas Esportes de Areia, Claudia has a proven track record of driving growth and innovation. Notably, during their tenure at Desinchá Company, Claudia successfully launched the Desin Wellness brand and developed over 28 new products. Previous roles include COO at Puravida, where Claudia achieved significant revenue growth and earned a Great Place to Work certification, and Director of Operations at Marco Polo International, responsible for the strategic direction of the Brazilian subsidiary.
