Luiz Paulo Dias is the Founder and CEO of Combine Global Recruitment, a company dedicated to leveraging data for innovative talent acquisition solutions on a global scale since July 2021. In addition, Luiz serves as Partner and Head of International Operations at HProjekt, providing expert guidance to foreign companies in Brazil since January 2019. As a speaker at Headhunters Academy, Luiz shares insights on recruitment challenges and opportunities, while also being an active member of Confraria do Empreendedor and a mentor at Job Bootcamp. Luiz holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, and Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, obtained between 2012 and 2016.
