Marinnah Dias

Marinnah Dias serves as Vice President of the Advisory Board and Non-executive board member at Base27, an innovation hub fostering entrepreneurship and new startups. At EDP Brasil, Marinnah is the Head of Innovation Strategy and Governance, overseeing the development and implementation of innovative strategies and ensuring effective governance practices. Marinnah founded and heads the Innovation Factory, delivering over 70 projects with significant financial impact and mentoring startups in the EDP Ventures portfolio. Additional roles include membership at Confraria do Empreendedor, business mentoring and innovation teaching at Link School of Business, and various innovation-focused positions at Abbott, Unilever, and Philips. Marinnah holds multiple master's degrees in Business Administration and Marketing, along with specialization in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
