Pablo Funchal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and product management. Currently serving as Sócio Diretor at Fluxus, Pablo focuses on promoting a humanized leadership approach to transform lives and organizations. As a Visiting Professor at MBA USP | EACH, Pablo teaches Innovation Management in the MBA program, while also contributing as a member of the advisory board at Beepay and as a member of Confraria do Empreendedor. Previous roles include Head of Digital Products at both Grupo CVLB and Lojas Le biscuit S/A, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing product lifecycles and leading cross-functional teams.
