Paulo Vítor Guerra

Paulo Vítor Guerra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and innovation. Currently serving as CEO, Sócio Diretor, and Sócio e Diretor de Projetos at IEBT Innovation since January 2011, Paulo also holds key positions including Counselor at the Federal University of Minas Gerais and Board Member at BH-TEC. In 2022, Paulo joined the Strategic Innovation Committee at Sicoob Credicom and has played a significant role in various entrepreneurial initiatives, including co-founding FinTyr. With a background in education as a former professor at FEAMIG and PUC Minas, Paulo earned advanced degrees from the Federal University of Minas Gerais and completed studies at the University of California, Berkeley, focusing on strategic administration and innovation.
