Katie Hearn-Cross

Katie Hearn-Cross has extensive experience in product management and marketing, currently serving as the Interim Head of Product at Confused.com since August 2019. Previous roles at Confused.com include Senior Product Manager for Returning Customers and Product Manager. Prior to this, Katie worked at the University of South Wales from August 2007 to August 2019, where responsibilities included Conversion and CRM Manager and Marketing Executive within the Marketing and Student Recruitment department. Earlier career experiences include positions at Nortech Control Systems Ltd, Birmingham Midshires, and Bates. Katie holds a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Swansea University.
