Rhiannon Willetts

Rhiannon Willetts currently serves as Lead Relationship Manager at Confused.com, focusing on the management of strategic Car Insurance partnerships since August 2022. Prior to this role, Rhiannon gained extensive experience at Target Group, starting as Junior Client Account Manager and advancing to Client Account Manager, where responsibilities included managing key SaaS clients such as the DVLA and Barclays. Rhiannon's earlier roles included advising on customer care for Natural Resources Wales, diverse hospitality positions with Compass Group, and leadership as President of the Exeter Raise and Give Society. Rhiannon holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Exeter, complemented by legal experiences with Barclays and a mini pupillage at Cardiff and Newport Magistrates Court.
