Carrie Barnhill serves as the Legal Strategy & Corporate Governance Manager at Conga since September 2025. Previously, Carrie held several key positions at Procore Technologies, including Senior Manager of Legal Operations, where leadership in annual operations and strategic planning led to achieving 95% of key results using OKR methodology. Carrie also contributed as a Manager of Legal Operations and Senior Paralegal & Corporate Governance Specialist, enhancing cross-functional collaboration and implementing best practices during the IPO process. At Under Armour, Carrie served as Senior Manager of Corporate Governance & Legal Operations and Assistant Corporate Secretary, overseeing departmental strategy and budget planning while managing compliance for numerous subsidiaries. Carrie’s earlier experience includes paralegal roles at Dechert LLP and Baker Botts LLP. Educational credentials include an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and a Graduate Certificate in Business from the University of Baltimore.
