Kelly Braiden

Kelly Braiden, CHRL, currently serves as the Principal People Partner at Conga since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles at InVision, where Kelly held the positions of VP, People, Director of People Operations, and People Business Partner Lead, contributing significantly to the company's focus on collaborative online canvas software. Earlier work experience encompasses positions such as Director of People and Culture at Plum and Director of Human Resources at Magnet Forensics, a digital forensics company. Additional roles include HR Manager at Magnet Forensics, OD Business Partner and Technical Recruiter at Research In Motion, and various volunteer positions within the HRPA Grand Valley Chapter. Kelly holds a Post Graduate degree in Human Resource Management from Sheridan College and a BA Honours in Sociology from the University of Guelph.
