Mike Komadina, MBA, currently serves as Senior Director of Customer Success at Conga since October 2025. Prior to this role, Mike held various leadership positions in customer success, including Head of Customer Success and Director of Enterprise and Strategic Customer Success at AgentSync from December 2023 to October 2025. Mike has also served as Head of Professional Services and Head of Implementation at Skilljar by Gainsight from February 2021 to December 2023. Earlier experience includes roles at GoSpotCheck by FORM and ServiceSource, where Mike progressively advanced in customer success and sales coaching. Mike earned an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and holds a BS in Broadcast News with a minor in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.
