Nagendra Nagarajayya

Nagendra Nagarajayya is an accomplished professional in the field of performance engineering, currently serving as the Head of Performance Engineering (Performance Czar) at Conga since May 2016. In this role, Nagendra oversees various performance-related initiatives, including performance gate management, benchmarking, optimization, and cloud performance analysis across all Apttus/Conga products on numerous platforms such as Salesforce, Azure, AWS, and IBM Cloud. Prior to Conga, Nagendra worked as a Senior Performance Engineer at Workday, Inc. and held the position of Principal Engineer at Oracle Corporation. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from San José State University, a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Bangalore University, and ongoing studies in the EMBARK program at Stanford University, complemented by an Executive Education program at Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2021.
