Drew Williams has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In their most recent role as the Chief Operating Officer at ConGenius since 2022, they are responsible for overseeing operations within the company. Prior to that, Drew worked at T-Mobile from 2002 to 2022, holding various leadership positions. As the Director of Customer Care Leadership Development, they developed and executed strategies to educate and empower leaders across the organization. Drew also led a team of 800 Customer Care Experts in previous roles as the Senior Director of Customer Care Operations. Drew gained valuable experience as the Senior Customer Experience Manager, where they focused on improving customer satisfaction and resolving issues. Earlier in their career, Drew worked at Clear Channel Radio as a Promotions Assistant and part-time On-Air talent. Drew also served as the Shipping & Inventory Supervisor at Shoes on a Shoestring, overseeing shipping, receiving, and inventory management for the company.
Drew Williams attended The University of New Mexico from 1999 to 2001, where they pursued undergraduate studies. They did not obtain a degree during this time. Following that, from 2004 to 2008, Drew enrolled at Portland Bible College and successfully completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology.
