Matt Kozar has extensive experience in the transportation and logistics industry. Matt began their career in 2010 at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc., where they served as the Intermodal Operations Manager, overseeing a large regional fleet and collaborating with the sales team on customer bids and pricing. Matt later became the St. Louis Intermodal Ramp Manager, achieving growth targets and managing all aspects of operations. In 2014, Kozar joined Union Pacific Railroad as the Director of Integrated Planning and Management. Matt then moved on to Hub Group in 2018, where they held the positions of Director of Account Management and Vice President of Account Management. Currently, Kozar is working at ConGlobal as the Director of Sales & Marketing and will soon become the Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
Matt Kozar attended North Central College from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
