Allie Weber

Allie Weber, MSHROD, serves as the Human Resources Director at Congo Brands since October 2022. Allie's career began as a Human Resources Representative at Norton Healthcare from May 2011 to January 2015. Allie possesses a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Organization Development from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Ball State University. Professional experience includes managing compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, administering employee benefits, and overseeing recruitment and employee relations.
