Brandon Doebler

Brandon Doebler has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Brandon began their career at GKN Sinter Metals in 2012, where they worked as a Data Entry/Designer/Engineer Assistant. In this role, they analyzed data, recorded observations, and designed more efficient processes.

In 2012, Brandon joined Amazon as a Prep Gatekeeper. Brandon managed a team and implemented procedures to ensure quality products, reducing the defect rate by 22%. Brandon also served as a Receive Dock Clerk, where they forecasted incoming loads and coordinated with drivers to ensure on-time deliveries. Later, they became a Procurement Operations Analyst, managing inventory forecasts and leading a team for non-inventory materials.

In 2020, Brandon joined Premier Packaging, LLC as a Planning Analyst. Brandon created, forecasted, and analyzed material requirements for the Premier Target business, successfully managing multiple peak seasons. Brandon also developed an onboarding program, including a manager toolkit and a Smartsheet database, to improve new employee retention.

Currently, Brandon is employed at Congo Brands as a Senior Supply Planning Analyst.

Brandon Doebler attended Wabash College from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Art with a concentration in Photography.
