Currently serving as the Data Engineering Team Lead at Congo Brands since April 2024, Jerad leads a team in developing an enterprise-scale data platform within the Microsoft Fabric and Azure ecosystems. Prior to this role, Jerad was a Data Engineer at Bamboo Health, focusing on Python and SQL development for healthcare programs, and previously led a small analytics team at Lightbridge Hospice & Palliative Care. Earlier career experiences include roles at Humana, where Jerad worked as a Senior Informaticist and Analyst, as well as positions in healthcare coordination at Norton Healthcare. Jerad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Health Services Administration from Strayer University and additional technical training from Code Louisville.
