Robert Waddell

Robert Waddell has extensive experience in treasury and finance, currently serving as the Director of Global Treasury at Congo Brands since July 2023, where the focus is on leading the global treasury function. Prior to this role, Robert held various positions, including Corporate Controller at TOYOTA MATERIAL HANDLING MIDWEST, INC. DBA PROLIFT, overseeing accounting and treasury functions. Notable previous experiences include serving as the GBS Global Credit Collections & Cash Application Process Owner at Brown-Forman, as well as in leadership roles at Ohi Automotive of America where responsibilities included managing finance and administration. Robert's career commenced at AEGON Institutional Markets and has included positions in internal audit management at Brown-Forman and LG&E and KU Energy LLC, along with an audit management role at Ernst & Young. Robert's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Bellarmine University and an MBA in Business Administration and International Business from the University of Louisville.
