Deborah Rabin (Debbie)

Deborah (Debbie) Rabin is an experienced early childhood educator with a diverse background in preschool management, special education, and program compliance. Currently serving at Congregation Beth Israel since May 2015, Rabin has also held positions as a Head Start Reviewer with Danya International LLC, where responsibilities included observing classrooms and ensuring compliance with standards. Previous roles include Substitute Special Education Assistant Teacher at Poway Unified School District and La Mesa/Spring Valley School District, Center Director at Childtime - Learning Care Group, and Preschool Program Director at YMCA of San Diego County. Rabin holds both a Master’s degree in Special Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Hunter College.
