Nancy Kubecka, CPP, has extensive experience in payroll and accounts payable across various organizations. Currently serving as the Accounts Payable and Payroll Accountant at Congregation Beth Israel since October 2020, Nancy previously held the position of Payroll Manager at Genesys Works from March 2016 to October 2020, where management of payroll operations for approximately 1,950 employees was achieved. Key accomplishments include the implementation of a system upload template that significantly improved productivity. Prior roles included Payroll Administrator at Prime Communications and Sr. Payroll Administrator at Waukesha-Pearce Industries, gaining expertise in payroll processing, commissions, garnishments, and collaborating with various departments. Nancy Kubecka holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Sam Houston State University.
