Rabbi Yehuda Witt

Rabbi Yehuda Witt serves as a Teacher at SINAI Shalem High School at Heichal HaTorah since August 2023 and holds the position of Monthly Rabbi in Residence at Congregation Beth Israel since September 2019. With a background in Jewish education, Rabbi Witt has been a self-employed Talmud and Bnei Mitzvah Tutor since 2009 and previously worked as Head Teacher at Joseph Kushner Hebrew Academy from August 2021 to July 2023 and at Yeshivat Netivot from August 2018 to July 2021. Rabbi Witt's experience also includes roles as Educator and Chaplain at Boston University and Co-Director of the Jewish Learning Initiative on Campus under the Orthodox Union, both from July 2017 to August 2018. Additional teaching experience at Simchat Shlomo Yeshiva and serving as Mashkiach for the Rabbinical Council of New England highlights Rabbi Witt's dedication to Jewish learning and community. Rabbi Witt's education includes Rabbinic Semicha from Straus Rabbinical Seminary, certificates in Jewish Montessori Education and Jewish Education and Leadership, as well as ongoing studies in Rabbinics at various institutions.
