Samantha Wendling is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, business improvement, and communications within various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Congregation Temple Israel since March 2018, Samantha oversees critical areas including accounting, finance, HR, and development, utilizing data-driven decision-making to enhance organizational efficiency. Previous role as Strategic Operations Manager involved analyzing and optimizing daily operations, while the role of Business Improvement and Communications Manager focused on leveraging new systems for resource optimization. With a strong background in educational settings and ministry, including positions as a Middle School Religion Teacher and Minister for Children, Youth, and Young Adults, Samantha has demonstrated a commitment to strategic planning, mentorship, and fostering growth in individuals and teams.
