Kimberly Cromer

Kimberly Cromer is an experienced professional in workforce development, currently serving as the Director of Workforce Initiatives at Congreso de Latinos Unidos since May 2000. In this role, Kimberly develops and manages employer partnerships for Industry Specific Initiatives, ensuring active employer involvement in training phases and facilitating viable employment opportunities for participants. Prior experience includes roles as Development Coordinator at the Delaware Valley Child Care Council and Development Assistant at Peirce College. Kimberly holds a degree in Business Administration from Peirce College and a Workforce Development Certification from Penn State Great Valley.
