The Directors at the Congressional Black Associates are responsible for leading and coordinating various initiatives aligned with the organization's mission to empower Black employees on Capitol Hill. They oversee professional development programs, social engagement activities, community service projects, and membership growth, ensuring a supportive network and fostering the political, social, and economic capabilities of their members.
