Donna Fisher-Lewis

Co-Interim President & CEO and Senior Vice President, Resource Development at Congressional Black Caucus Foundation

Donna Fisher-Lewis has a diverse work experience in both nonprofit and foundation sectors. Donna started their career at Rebuilding Together in 2011, where they served as the Sr. Director of Individual & Planned Giving until September 2014. Donna then joined the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, initially as a Senior Development Manager from October 2014 to March 2020. Donna was promoted to Vice President of Resource Development in March 2020 and held this position until May 2021. Donna then took on the role of Senior Vice President of Resource Development and Leadership Institute from May 2021 to the present. Additionally, Donna has also assumed the responsibilities of Co-Interim President & CEO and Senior Vice President of Resource Development since October 2021.

Donna Fisher-Lewis obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Communicative Disorders (Speech-Language Pathology) from Towson University, where they attended from 1986 to 1990. Later, they pursued further education at Grand Valley State University, earning a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a field of study in Nonprofit Management and Leadership. This took place from 1995 to 1997.
