Caryn Thiboheim

Caryn Thiboheim is currently the Chief Acquisition Officer at the Congressional Budget Office since March 2004. Prior to that, Caryn worked as a Contract Specialist at the Bureau of Reclamation from February 1991 to February 2004. Caryn holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Caryn also attended Eastern New Mexico University from 1988 to 1990.
