Betsy Gregory has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Congressional Country Club since December 2015, where leadership includes developing a dynamic HR team and contributing to the executive team. Previously, Betsy held roles as Recruiting Manager and Human Resources Manager at Bethesda Country Club, ensuring effective recruitment practices and operational success through employee relations management. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Restaurants where a strong commitment to membership satisfaction was demonstrated, and as Dining Room Manager at Rhode Island Country Club, where leadership in team development and event execution was pivotal. Betsy is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, specializing in Food & Beverage and Psychology.
