John Kirlew is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing, member experience, and product management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Congressional Federal Credit Union since 2018, John previously held the position of Vice President of Marketing & Member Experience. Prior to this role, John worked at American Express Global Business Travel from 2016 to 2018 as Sr. Product Management, focusing on Business Strategy & Operations in North America. John’s career at American Express spanned over a decade, where positions included Retention Strategy for the US Middle Market & Canada, Sr. Marketing Manager roles in both Digital Business Services and Acquisition, Marketing Manager for Growth Strategy, and Operation Program Manager. John holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & International Business from Florida Atlantic University.
