Brian R. is a postgraduate finance fellow at the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute. Previously, Brian has interned at the State of Maryland, The Nowak Metro Finance Lab, The Brookings Institution, and Prosperity Now. Brian holds a Master of Studies in U.S. History and a Master of Science in Comparative Social Policy from the University of Oxford, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University.
