Leah Webster is an accomplished educator with extensive experience in supporting students with learning challenges. Currently serving as the Director of Learning and Director of the Center for Teaching, Learning and Innovation at Congressional School since August 2021, Leah oversees and implements support services for students in grades 4-8 with diagnosed learning difficulties. Previously, Leah held various roles at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes, including Center Director, where responsibilities encompassed learning center development, client interaction, and staff management. Leah also has experience as a Center Manager, Lead Teacher, and Instructional Consultant with Lindamood-Bell, showcasing a strong background in curriculum implementation, instructional planning, and student support. Earlier teaching experiences include serving as an Elementary Music Teacher and an Assistant Preschool Teacher. Leah's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Asbury University and a Master of Education in Elementary Education and Moderate Disabilities Education from Gordon College.

Congressional School

Congressional School is a co-ed, independent day school for preschool to eighth grade in Falls Church, VA. Through academic and summer programs, students are encouraged to explore, engage, and embrace challenge in a diverse, inclusive community. Graduates develop confidence, a sense of ethics, leadership and collaboration skills, and the desire to question, collaborate, create, and lead. In addition to preschool to eighth grade students, infants and toddlers also join us on campus through our Early Childhood program.
