Mangudi Subramaniam, popularly known as MsS, has more than 35 years of work experience in the Technology, Consulting, Software Design, Architecture and Solutions space, 7 of which were in the Silicon Valley. MsS has built professional high-performance teams and set up offices for self-sustaining growth in the U.S, Singapore and Luxembourg.

MsS has been associated with Congruent since 1995. He has worked closely with the promoter for several decades. He has been instrumental in setting up and expanding the offshore facilities of Congruent in the early 2000’s.

As Head of IT Operations & New Initiatives, MsS is responsible for accelerating the growth of Congruent via New Technology Initiatives.
