Mani Krishnamurthy

Mani Krishnamurthy founded Congruent in 1994 as an IT services and contingent staffing company.

An entrepreneur and investor, Mani has helped Congruent grow organically as well as through a few acquisitions to a 200+ person company, based in Seattle, WA and Chennai, India. Before launching Congruent, Mani was a technology consultant in UK, Australia and California, with several Fortune 500 companies, including Apple, IBM and Starbucks Coffee.

Mani has been involved in offshore software development and project management since 1985. Having spent his early career as a programmer and offshore custom business application development consultant, Mani gained a deep understanding of the nuances involved in offshoring success. Since launching Congruent, Mani has focused the company's approach on finding the best technical and fiscally responsible solution possible.
