Chandrasekaran Vaidyanathan is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in the retirement industry. As Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Congruent Solutions since June 2019, Vaidyanathan has been instrumental in driving innovation and developing high-value products for various stakeholders including Retirement Plan providers, Sponsors, Advisors, and Participants. Prior to this role, Vaidyanathan co-founded Secova eServices Limited, serving as Chief Operating Officer from September 2003 to June 2019, and also held the position of CEO at Congruent Solutions (P) Ltd. from 1990 to 2003.
