Dhikshitha P.

Dhikshitha P. started their work experience as an Associate Software Engineer at Accenture in August 2018. Dhikshitha specialized in Wealth Management and Financial Instruments and performed software functional testing using automation tools. In July 2019, they moved to DoMS, IIT Madras and served as the Digital Marketing Manager for the MBA Invitational Lecture Series until March 2021. During this time, they also worked as a Financial Analyst at Motilal Oswal Ltd for a brief period between May and July 2020. In April and May 2020, they worked at Sankalpsoft as a Research Analyst, analyzing Google Trends data and conducting market research on educational institutions in Chennai. Additionally, they served as a Content Writer at Sankalpsoft in March and April 2020, developing web content for corporate websites and writing technical/informational articles. Currently, they are working as a Business Analyst at Congruent Solutions starting from April 2021.

Dhikshitha P. completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from DoMS, IIT Madras, from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Meenakshi Sundararajan Engineering College, where they studied from 2014 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Dhikshitha has obtained several certifications. Dhikshitha earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from KPMG in July 2020. Dhikshitha also completed courses such as "Web Applications Using Servlets and JSP-level 1" and "Programming in Java" from NIIT Limited. Furthermore, they pursued a certification in Supply Chain Analytics from Coursera and completed Tableau Essential Training from LinkedIn, although specific completion dates are not provided for these certifications.
