Subulakshmi Ramasubramani began their work experience in 2008 as a Junior Executive in Business Development at Object-Frontier Software Pvt. Ltd. There, they focused on market research and prospect generation, identifying target companies and key decision makers. Subulakshmi then joined Congruent Solutions in 2009 as an Executive in Business Development, where they continued to contribute to lead generation and follow-up with prospects until 2010. In 2010, they joined Damco Solutions Limited as a Senior Executive in Business Development, responsible for generating leads through email campaigns and warm calls, conducting market research, and scheduling meetings with prospects in the UK and Europe. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as an Inside Sales representative at CompuGain. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Congruent Solutions again, this time as a Marketing Consultant, providing specialized technology solutions and outsourced plan administration services to the retirement industry.
Subulakshmi Ramasubramani pursued their M.Sc in Bioinformatics from the University of Madras between 2006 and 2008.
