Matthew Flynn

Matthew Flynn has extensive work experience in finance and corporate restructuring. Matthew currently holds the position of SVP, Business Finance and Treasurer at Congruex since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance at Zayo Group from 2022 to 2023. Matthew also held various roles at Lumen Technologies, including Vice President of Finance from 2021 to 2022 and Chief of Staff to the CFO and Assistant Treasurer from 2015 to 2021. Matthew worked as a Turnaround and Restructuring Advisor at AlixPartners from 2014 to 2015. Their earlier experience includes working at Goldin Associates, LLC as a Director in Restructuring from 2008 to 2014, Barclays Capital in Investment Banking from 2006 to 2008, and AT&T as a Corporate Finance Manager from 2001 to 2005.

Matthew Flynn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & International Business, Spanish, and Economics from Penn State University between 1996 and 2000. Matthew then obtained an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School from 2005 to 2007. Matthew also attended Universidad de Sevilla in 2000, although no specific degree or field of study was provided.
