Andrea Petz

Andrea Petz is currently working as a Junior Manager Service Design & Customer Experience at congstar, focusing on the customer experience at fraenk. Previously, Andrea gained experience as a Werkstudent in Service Design & Customer Experience. Andrea also has a background in graphic design and marketing, having worked as a Grafikdesigner and Content-Manager. Andrea holds a Master's degree in Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mediendesign from Hochschule Macromedia. Additionally, Andrea has experience as a Tutor at Hochschule Macromedia and as a Junior Art Director at Hapag-Lloyd AG. Andrea also spent a semester abroad studying design at Chulalongkorn University. Andrea's educational background includes a Matura in Grafik-Kommunikationsdesign from HTL Bau und Design.
