Aaron Epstein

Aaron Epstein, Senior Vice President, General Counsel, oversees Conifer’s Legal Department and the team’s day-to-day operations. Among other areas of responsibility, he handles corporate, transactional, regulatory, and employment matters, manages the company’s litigation, and provides counsel to business leadership on a variety of issues.

Aaron joined Conifer in 2014 and has had several leadership roles on the legal team including Deputy General Counsel, Assistant General Counsel, Senior Managing Counsel, and Senior Counsel, Labor and Employment. Prior to Conifer, Aaron served in both private and public practice, working as an attorney for Andrews Kurth, Haynes and Boone, and the National Labor Relations Board. Before that, Aaron also held a position with the National Football League Players Association.
