Edgar Flores

Edgar Flores has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in the healthcare industry. Edgar currently serves as a travel Patient Access Director at Conifer Health Solutions. Prior to this, Edgar was the Chief Operating Officer at A. TERREL WILLIAMS, MD, where they played a critical role in budget compilation and formulating strategies to drive the company's growth and customer satisfaction. Edgar also served as a Patient Access Manager at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and as a Business Operations and Patient Access Manager at Mississippi Baptist Health Systems, where they managed multiple departments and teams. Edgar's career began at Bank of America, where they worked as a Supervisor managing a team of customer service associates. Edgar also gained experience at HP Store Costa Rica as an Operation Specialist Engineer, focusing on call center management. Additionally, Edgar worked at Washington Mutual Bank as a Manager, overseeing schedule adherence and providing support to agents. Edgar'searly career included a role at GE Capital as a Bilingual Hardship Collection Coordinator, where they handled collections on delinquent accounts and implemented financial hardship programs.

Edgar Flores obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica in 2010.
