Eric M.

Eric M. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Eric began their career as a Database Administrator at CDI Corporation in 1996, where they were responsible for the technical design, development, and administration of the primary Business Information System. Eric then moved to Noble Systems Corporation in 1999, where they worked as a Project Manager/Applications Engineer, overseeing the technical development of software product implementations. In 2002, Eric joined PTI Security Systems as a Technical Support Manager, managing a department of eleven employees and implementing a new Customer Relationship Management System. From 2004 to 2008, they worked as a Paramedic at Rural/Metro Corporation, providing high-quality patient care and emergency medicine. Eric joined Conifer Health Solutions in 2009 and held various roles throughout their tenure, including Senior Analyst/Developer, Technical Systems Manager, Manager of Application Development, and currently serving as the Director of Software Development. In their roles at Conifer Health Solutions, Eric was responsible for developing and managing various software artifacts, databases, applications, reports, and analyses, as well as leading development teams and facilitating project implementations. Eric M. pursued their education at Northern Arizona University from 2020 to 2023, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer Science. Prior to that, they attended the University of Advancing Technology from 1997 to 1999, specializing in Computer Software Engineering. Additionally, Eric M. studied Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic) at Maricopa Community Colleges from 2004 to 2006, obtaining an NREMT-P certification.
