Jim Grant

Jim began their career at Principal Financial Group, where they started as a Group Insurance Underwriter and advanced to various financial accounting roles. During their time at Principal, they demonstrated strong management skills and built high-performing teams. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Claims Analyst at UnityPoint Health, specializing in health plan analytics and provider network analysis. Jim also served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at America World Adoptions - Iowa. Currently, they are employed at Conifer Health Solutions as the Senior Director of Client Delivery & Product Support, where they are responsible for helping customers achieve their health plan goals. Prior to this, they held roles as a Regional Vice President and a Client Executive at Conifer Health Solutions.
