Kelly Lyon

Kelly Lyon has a diverse range of work experience in various positions and industries. Kelly started their career as a Productivity Manager at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in 2005. Kelly then moved to Nokia in 2007, where they served as the NAM Care Manager and Six Sigma Master Black Belt. In 2011, they transitioned to Ericsson as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt. In 2013, they joined Conifer Health Solutions and held multiple roles, including Director of Process Excellence, Director of Operational Performance, and currently Senior Director of Analytics. Kelly'sresponsibilities at Conifer Health Solutions included utilizing Lean Six Sigma tools to improve revenue cycle management for Tenet and other hospital systems, reducing the time between hospital services performed and payment received, and reducing clinical and technical denials.

Kelly Lyon obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of North Texas from 1995 to 1999. Kelly also holds a certification as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt from SixSigma.us, which was obtained in 2010.
