Sarah Martin

Sarah Martin, MS, is an experienced healthcare consultant specializing in electronic medical record implementations and project management. Currently serving as Associate Director at Conifer Health Solutions since December 2022, Sarah previously held the same title at AKASA and progressed through various roles at Fresenius Medical Care North America, including Senior Manager and Manager.
