Susan Kamyab

Susan Kamyab, MBA, PMP has a diverse work experience in healthcare and technology industries. Susan worked at Conifer Health Solutions from 2013 to present, holding multiple roles including Senior Director of Payer Strategy and Senior Director of Solution Management. In their role as Senior Director of Payer Strategy, Susan focused on improving the denials, appeals, and escalations process and developed visual dashboards to track resolution rate and payer escalations. As Senior Director of Solution Management, they led the process of identifying, quantifying, and prioritizing new solutions and enhancements for Conifer Hospital RCM services. Susan also worked at Dell as an Integration Management Office Project Manager from 2009 to 2013, and at Perot Systems as an Integrations Project Manager and Benchmarking and Analysis Specialist from 2004 to 2009.

Susan Kamyab completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2000. Susan then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Accounting and Business/Management from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas, graduating in 2004.
