Diana Stipcak has extensive experience in customer service and technical roles across various industries. Currently serving as an Underwriting Assistant at Conifer Holdings, Inc. since June 2015, Diana previously worked as a Barista at Three Days Gourmet, managing daily operations and customer relationships. Prior experience includes working as an Esthetician/Laser Technician at American Laser Skincare, where Diana was certified in numerous cosmetic procedures and effective sales of services and products. Earlier in their career, Diana served as a Bartender/Server at The Claddagh Irish Pub, focusing on guest satisfaction and fostering long-term customer relationships. Diana holds an education from Redford Union High School, the Douglas J Aveda Institute, and Schoolcraft College.
