Beth Vogelsang

Elizabeth (Beth) Vogelsang joined Conifer in 2018 and currently serves as Assistant Vice President, Property Management. In this role, Beth is responsible for the oversight, management, and leadership responsibilities of multiple Conifer Communities.

Beth initially joined Conifer as a Community Manager and was then promoted to District Manager before her current role of Assistant Vice President, Property Management. She has been working within the Affordable Housing Industry for over 20 years and boasts an extensive and valuable breadth of knowledge due to her experience.

Beth is a Certified Tax Credit Specialist (TCS), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Certified Financial Specialist (CFS), and STAR Rural Development Certified.
