Kelly McKenna

Kelly McKenna joined Conifer in 2014 and currently serves as Director, Transition Management. Kelly wears many hats within this role, primarily managing important functions within the pre-development process. Principally, this includes overseeing community design and interiors, from securing a designer for the community, amenity, and office spaces, to overseeing selections and installation process, to budget development. Kelly also serves as an expert liaison between property management, architects, Conifer LeChase Construction, and development throughout the pre-development phase, the construction phase, and the property management phase, to ensure smooth and effective transitions from project conception to project completion.

Kelly initially joined Conifer as a Leasing and Marketing Specialist, then served as Director of Leasing + Marketing before stepping into her current role. Prior to Conifer, Kelly worked at the mid-Atlantic-based multifamily developer, Ingerman, as a Tax Credit Specialist, Development Analyst, and, most recently, Marketing Manager.
