Patti Denny

Patti Denny joined Conifer in 2012 and currently serves as Vice President, Risk + Asset Management. In this role, Patti oversees the operational performance of portfolio assets, consisting of over 200 properties, as well as payment processing for real estate/personal property taxes. Patti also monitors long-term goals of projects to ensure targets are met, assists with the development of proforma budgets on new deals and rehabs, and works to develop KPI’s and new initiatives to improve efficiencies and reporting. She thoroughly enjoys mentoring and guiding her staff, providing them the opportunity to grow professionally.

Patti initially joined as a Senior Asset Manager and was promoted to Director of Asset Management before jumping into her current role. She has been recognized for her hard work multiple times, receiving the Conifer People’s Choice Award in 2019, and the 360 award from Peconic Crossing.

Prior to starting at Conifer, Patti held multiple, relevant roles at a variety of well-established organizations, including Monro, Inc., Northern Telecom, Hydroacoustics, Inc., Bosch Security Systems, Inc., and Alliance Tool Corporation.

Patti holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Nazareth College.
